Daily Calorie Needs Calculator (TDEE)
Uses the Mifflin-St Jeor equation—the most validated BMR formula for most adults— multiplied by an activity factor to estimate Total Daily Energy Expenditure.

Mifflin-St Jeor Formula
| Sex | BMR Equation |
|---|---|
| Male | (10 × kg) + (6.25 × cm) − (5 × age) + 5 |
| Female | (10 × kg) + (6.25 × cm) − (5 × age) − 161 |
TDEE = BMR × Activity Factor. To lose 1 lb/week: TDEE − 500 cal/day. To gain 1 lb/week: TDEE + 500 cal/day.
